End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

Important notice

Please, read this carefully.

By using all or any portion of the software/system you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this Software.

Social login

We only use your social login account (such as facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) to allow you to create an account and save your settings. We do not post to your social acocunt.

Licence

The software/system is for personal and commercial use.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software only in in compliance with the end user license agreement.

The Software may be installed at no cost on unlimited number of computers.

the vendor reserves the right to discontinue and remove support for any or all versions, at any point in time, at its sole discretion.

Copyright / Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

It's ours and always will be.

Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively with the vendor. Intellectual property rights include the name, look and feel of the Software.

This agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights of the software/system.

Warranty

We do this out of the kindness of our hearts and for the fun of it.

As such the software/system and any related materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringemen.

The entire risk arising out of use of this software/system and its relatated materials remains with you.

Limitation of Liability

We try to be helpful, but can't promise more.

You use this software/system entirely, without exception, at your own risk.

In no event will the vendor be liable for any special, indicental, indirect, or consiquential damages whatsover (this includes without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business disruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this software / system and its associated materials.

Under no cirumstances shall the vendor be liable for any unauthorised use of the software

Restrictions

You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels or copyright signs.

The Software may not be modified, disassembled, reverse-engineered, or de-compiled in any manner through current or future available technologies. You may not make derivative works based on the Software, rent, lease, sublicense or assign the software/system or any copy thereof, including any related documentation.

You may not sell or pass on any costs in any shape or form, including but not limited to, support and/or distribution.

Cookies and your personal privacy

In order to bring you this service we use cookies to:

Maintain your user session and login.

Track basic usage statistics for our website, using third parties such as google.

Display adverts using third parties such as google.

Interact with third party services such as facebook and YouTube.

All our cookies are anonymous and do not include personal details.

We do not disclose any of your details to third parties.

You should not receive any further emails once the standard process is complete.

Most users will only receive a selection of these based on how they interact with the service.

You will receive these emails for each sitemap you generate.

We may email you about important news or updates regarding the service.

Credits

Sitemaps include discrete credit to own service. We also add an anonymous hidden comment with a unique ID for tracking and support.

Credits / comments do not impact on your sitemap.
